store, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By visiting or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with the terms stated
below. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our website.

This website is operated by WallHome, a registered trading company in Dubai,
United Arab Emirates, under Trading License number 1424151.
All references to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to WallHome.
References to “you” or “your” refer to any customer or website visitor.
WallHome provides decorative and fit-out materials — including wall finishes, paints,
carpets, and furniture — available for purchase online and through our in-person
showroom service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting a
revised version on this page.
Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Online Orders and Payments
2.1. Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments through Stripe, using Visa and MasterCard
debit/credit cards in AED.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies.
All transactions are encrypted and processed through a secure connection.
WallHome does not store or share any credit card information.
2.2. Payment Confirmation
Once payment is made, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours of a
successful transaction.
2.3. Country of Service
Our products and services are available exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.
We do not deliver or provide services outside the UAE.

3. Prices and Taxes
All prices listed on the website are in AED.
Currently, WallHome is registered as a small business exempt from VAT under UAE
regulations.
Should VAT become applicable in the future, prices will be updated accordingly.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any promotions or offers are valid
only while supplies last.

4. Delivery Policy
Delivery times and costs depend on your order type and location:
● Orders above AED 2,000 – Free delivery across all Emirates.
● Orders below AED 2,000 – AED 100 delivery fee within Dubai; AED 250 for
other Emirates.
● International delivery – Not available.
Delivery schedules will be confirmed after payment.
Delays due to traffic, weather, or access restrictions may occur. In such cases, our
team will contact you to reschedule.

4.1. Ready-made Products
● Standard delivery within 3 working days.
4.2. Veneered Wall Panels
● Delivery within 7 working days.
4.3. Custom Orders
● Delivery time varies by project complexity.
● Please contact us via WhatsApp for individual scheduling and confirmation.

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Custom-made Orders
All custom-made and made-to-measure products (including bespoke furniture, wall
panels, and finishes) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5.2. Built-in and Construction Materials
Certain materials (e.g., paints, flooring, and wall finishes) may be returned with a
refundable deposit, provided they are:
● unused,
● undamaged,
● and in their original, saleable condition.
Please contact our support team before returning any item to confirm eligibility.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business
days after the returned goods are received and inspected.

6. Products and Availability
While we make every effort to keep stock levels accurate, product availability is
subject to change without notice.
Colors, patterns, and finishes displayed online may vary slightly depending on
screen settings or production batches.

We reserve the right to:
● modify product details and pricing,
● discontinue products, or
● refuse an order if necessary.

7. Custom Orders and Showroom Visits
WallHome offers a Mobile Showroom Service, where our team visits your location
with physical samples of paints, wallpapers, flooring, and textiles.
Showroom visits can be booked via the Order Showroom button on the website.
Appointment scheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials on this website, including images, text, product descriptions, and
layouts, are the exclusive property of WallHome.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the content without written
consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
WallHome strives to provide accurate product information and a smooth online
experience, but we make no warranties regarding:
● uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website,
● accuracy of product colors or descriptions,
● or suitability of products for specific purposes.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
the use of our website or products.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
We value your privacy.
All customer data is handled in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
Your personal information is used solely for order processing, delivery, and
communication related to your purchases.
We do not share customer data with third parties except for payment processing via
Stripe and delivery logistics.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through it shall
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
WallHome will not engage in business with or provide services to any
OFAC-sanctioned countries in compliance with UAE law.
